Visit MLSE Account Manager Website

Click "Sign In" on the top right corner. A small window will then prompt you to enter your Log in credentials.

  1. Click "Sign In" on the top right corner and select “Forgot Password?”.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your Account. You’ll then receive an email from Maple Leafs to activate your Account and setup your password. Please follow the instructions.
